How can I book an appointment?

You can book an initial appointment by calling the admin team on +442071830920 or email pa@heartdoc.co.uk. Most appointments are on Thursdays, but other days can be accommodated on request, including evenings. Appointments can be face-to-face in one of the clinics/hospitals, or as a video/phone consult.

You can either email them to us, or you can upload them to the online system which you will be registered on when you book in.

Yes, of course. You can bring someone along with you to appointments or tests. They may not be able to accompany during the actual test, such as during a CT or MRI scan.

If we know in advance what tests are required, we will endeavour to get them done on the same day. Even if we don’t know in advance, often there is capacity to accommodate this, but it cannot be guaranteed.

We will normally arrange a follow-up appointment after any tests to discuss the results with you. For your convenience, this can easily done by telephone or video call, if that is your preference. Where test results are needed more urgently, they can be made available to you sooner.

Yes, if you provide your NHS GP contact details, we will copy them in to all relevant correspondence, to ensure your medical data is available to them.
